Both girls and boys have their separate dormitories and bathrooms.

If your a female, you can visit (not have a sleep over) at the boy's dormitories, and visa versa, just. . no visiting the opposite gender's bathrooms.

Board Description
First and Second Floors
At first glance, the first floor has no spectacular things about it. For all you will notice that it is strictly a school. However, it is full with students in each and every corner of its premises.
In the second floor of the X-Mansion, all adults (professors) have their own room, while the students have their room on the first floor.
