Ever since she had taken the cure, Rogue had found herself to be restless. Unable to stay at the manison and take all the glares from her fellow mutants, she had left, wanting to see a little more of the world. So far she'd only gotten to New York City, the big apple. Which, Rogue had to admitt, was a pretty dang big. She had already gotten herself thoroughly lost, something she wasn't really worried about.
Since she was aiming to nowhere inparticular, getting lost didn't seem like such a big thing. At somepoint she would find her way to somewhere she knew. It was only a matter of time. Until then, she simply was going to walk around. She sighed lightly as she decided to rest on one of the many benches Sitting, Rogue rubbed her legs for a minute then sat back and closed her eyes. It had been such a long day, what with a southern bell up in yankee terriorty.
It wasn't just just being out of place that made everything all the worse. She was no longer home, back at the mansion. At the time she had left, it had seemed like such a great idea, but now she had changed her mind, only it was all too late. She at least assumed it was too late.
